Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • New product development as per customer requirements

  • Study customer drawings and specifications

  • Development of sheet metal components and assemblies

  • Coordination with production, quality, and tool room departments

  • Preparation of BOM, process flow, and development documents

  • Conduct product trials and sample development

  • APQP & PPAP documentation handling

  • Process improvement and cost reduction activities

  • Ensure timely product development and customer approval

  • Follow-up with vendors and internal departments

  • Support during new tool development and production setup

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of Sheet Metal Components

  • APQP & PPAP Documentation

  • AutoCAD / SolidWorks

  • Drawing Reading

  • Product Development Process

  • Process Planning

  • BOM Preparation

  • Problem Solving Skills

  • Good Communication & Coordination
