Bottling Operator

We are looking for an Operator – Bottling Line to join Griffith Foods, a leading multinational (MNC) food manufacturing company.The role involves operating and monitoring bottling line equipment, ensuring smooth production, maintaining quality standards, and supporting safe manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor filling, capping, sealing, labelling, and batch-coding machines while ensuring proper line setup and smooth production operations.

• Perform pre-start checks, assist with changeovers, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, hygiene, allergen control, and quality standards by conducting routine quality checks and preventing contamination.

• Follow all EHS and workplace safety procedures, use appropriate PPE, report safety concerns, and participate in safety training programs.

• Maintain accurate production logs, quality records, downtime reports, and support internal, customer, and food safety audits.

The minimum qualification for this role is ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Fitter, or a related technical field. Candidates should have 2–6 years of experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG bottling environment. Experience in operating bottling line equipment, including filling, capping, labelling, and packing machines, is required. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work in shifts are essential for this role.
