We are looking for a BORING Machine Operator, BOARING MACHINE OPERATOR to join our team at Vas Engineering Products Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate boring machines.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining instructions.
Perform boring, drilling, facing, and alignment operations.
Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments.
Maintain required tolerances and surface finish.
Conduct in-process inspections.
Report machine abnormalities and quality issues.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.

Skills Required

Knowledge of boring machine operations.
Ability to use Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Dial Gauge, Bore Gauge.
Understanding of machining tolerances and fits.

Drawing reading skills.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
