Key Responsibilities
Assemble, wire, and test electrical control panels according to approved drawings.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, GA drawings, and wiring diagrams.
Configure and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and SCADA systems.
Perform factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT).
Carry out installation, commissioning, and start-up of automation systems at customer sites.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, instrumentation, and automation faults.
Conduct I/O checks, loop checking, and functional testing.
Prepare commissioning reports, test records, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with design, production, project, and customer teams during project execution.
Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
Provide customer training and post-commissioning technical support when required.
Required Skills
PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta, Schneider, Omron, or similar).
HMI and SCADA configuration.
VFD parameterization and commissioning.
Electrical control panel wiring and testing.
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, etc.).
Ability to read electrical drawings and P&ID diagrams.
Troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Good communication, documentation, and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for site commissioning across project locations.
