We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Automation Sales professional with experience in industrial automation, special purpose machines (SPM), assembly automation, laser marking, testing & inspection systems, and manufacturing solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing customer relationships, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
Identify potential customers in Automotive, EV, Electrical, Electronics, Consumer Durables, Medical Devices, and Manufacturing industries.
Develop long-term relationships with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
Customer Interaction
Understand customer manufacturing processes and automation requirements.
Conduct technical discussions with Production, Maintenance, Design, and Purchase teams.
Arrange machine demonstrations and customer presentations.
Coordinate plant visits and technical meetings.
Sales & Proposal Management
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
Coordinate with Design and Application Engineering teams for solution development.
Negotiate commercial terms and close orders.
Follow up on quotations until order closure.
