We are hiring AutoCAD Engineers for multiple positions:

• Civil Engineer – Structural Design & Detailing
  
  

• Design & Development Engineer – Medical Equipment

Key Responsibilities (role-dependent):

• Prepare 2D & 3D CAD drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar
  
  

• Draft structural, mechanical, piping, plant layout, GA, and isometric drawings
  
  

• Assist in design, product development, prototype validation, and fabrication documentation
  
  

• Maintain drawing records, revisions, and proper documentation control
  
  

• Coordinate with production, quality, R&D, and project teams
  
  

• Ensure compliance with ISO / CE / medical and industry standards
  
  

• Read and interpret P&ID, structural models, BOM, GD&T, and tolerance requirements
  
  

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, assemble, pack, inspect, and maintain tool room inventory (for applicable roles)
  
  

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (role-dependent)
  
  

• Strong AutoCAD (2D mandatory) + SolidWorks / Creo / CAE knowledge
  
  

• 1–5 yrs experience depending on position; freshers with strong CAD skills may also apply

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Design Engineer for our Machine Division. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving machines and mechanical systems used in the packaging and printing manufacturing process.

The role includes machine design, preparation of detailed engineering drawings, enhancement of existing machinery, and support during installation and commissioning activities. The candidate will work closely with production, maintenance, and quality departments to ensure efficient, safe, and reliable machine performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop new machines, tools, and mechanical components for packaging and printing production lines.

• Prepare 2D and 3D engineering drawings using software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar CAD tools.

• Modify and improve existing machinery to enhance productivity, efficiency, and operational reliability.

• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to understand technical and operational requirements.

• Assist in machine installation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities at the manufacturing plant.

• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), technical specifications, and complete design documentation.

• Conduct root cause analysis and provide solutions for mechanical and machine-related issues.

• Ensure all machine designs comply with safety standards and manufacturing regulations.

• Support continuous improvement projects, automation initiatives, and machine development activities.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for development and procurement of machine parts and components.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, etc.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.

• Understanding of packaging and printing machinery such as Labeling Machines, Flexo Printing Machines, Die Cutting Machines, and Slitting Machines will be preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

• Knowledge of machine automation, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.

• Preferred experience in manufacturing, printing, or packaging industry.

• Experience in designing production machinery, mechanical systems, or automation equipment.
