Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Design Engineer with experience in AutoCAD to join our Engineering Department. The candidate will be responsible for preparing GAD (General Arrangement Drawings), SLDs (Single Line Diagrams), Circuit Wiring Diagrams, and other electrical drawings for LT/HT panels and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare GADs for electrical panels as per client specifications and project requirements.

• Develop SLD (Single Line Diagrams) for LT/HT panels and power distribution.

• Create detailed circuit wiring diagrams for control panels, MCCs, PCCs, APFCs, etc.

• Design and draft schematic diagrams, terminal layouts, and cable schedules.

• Coordinate with the Sales, Production, and Project teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance.

• Incorporate client feedback and revisions efficiently to finalize drawings.

• Ensure compliance with IEC standards (preferably IEC-61439) and industry best practices.

• Maintain a record of revisions and support documentation for each project.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in electrical panel design using AutoCAD.

• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D) and electrical drafting.

• Strong understanding of LT/HT Panel components, wiring practices, and protection systems.

• Familiarity with IS and IEC standards in panel manufacturing is preferred.

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
