Prepare 2D/3D CAD drawings and fabrication drawings.
Design components for Boom Barriers, Flap Barriers, Automatic Gates and other automation products.
Prepare drawings with accurate dimensions, tolerances and specifications.
Understand and apply fabrication, sheet-metal, welding, cutting, bending and assembly requirements.
Prepare BOM and modify designs as per production requirements.
Coordinate with fabrication and production teams for practical implementation of designs.
Ability to read and prepare manufacturing/fabrication drawings.
Good measurement, dimensional and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
Knowledge of SolidWorks/other 3D CAD software is an advantage.
Strong mechanical design and fabrication knowledge.
