Support daily fabrication line operations to meet production, quality, and safety targets.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise fabrication staff and workflow

Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved

Troubleshoot fabrication process issues

Assist with process improvements and reporting

Maintain safety and compliance on the shop floor

Qualification s

Experience in fabrication processes (cutting, welding, CNC)

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
