Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

5–8 years of experience in a soybean oil extraction or edible oil processing plant.

Experience operating solvent extraction plants is preferred.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of soybean oil extraction processes.

- Understanding of solvent extraction equipment and utilities.

- Knowledge of process control and troubleshooting.

- Leadership and team management skills.

- Good communication and reporting skills.

- Familiarity with safety regulations for solvent handling and hazardous areas.

- Ability to work in rotating shifts.

Core Responsibilities

Process Operations: Manage cleaning, dehulling, solvent extraction, and oil refining.
Maintenance & Utilities: Supervise boilers, reduction of machine downtime, and equipment health.
Quality & Safety: Track lab testing parameters and enforce food safety regulations.
Cost Control: Reduce material waste and fuel usage.
