Raw material और finished goods का stock monitoring।

Quality Control (QC) सुनिश्चित करना – हर पीस की finishing और measurements सही हो।

Production में आने वाली समस्याओं का समाधान (troubleshooting) करना।

Daily Production Report तैयार करना और Management को अपडेट करना।

Deadlines और client orders को ध्यान में रखकर planning करना।

Safety और discipline नियमों का पालन करवाना।
