Job Title: Production & Operations Staff – Window Blinds Manufacturing

Location: Khalsa, Karol Bagh

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:

We are hiring Production & Operations Staff for our window blinds manufacturing unit. The role includes production work along with basic order and operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Work:

• Cutting, assembling, and fabricating window blinds

• Operating basic production machines and tools

• Measuring and inspecting materials

• Packing finished products

Order & Dispatch Coordination:

• Maintaining order and dispatch sheets

• Preparing material for dispatch

• Coordinating with courier partners or delivery team

Administrative & Support Work:

• Maintaining employee attendance/checking staff records

• Checking bills, vouchers, and basic cash handling

• Maintaining customer records and updating customer status

• Supporting daily operations as required

Requirements:

• Experience in production/operations preferred

• Basic knowledge of Excel or maintaining simple sheets

• Ability to manage dispatch and basic paperwork

• Good coordination and communication skills

• Hardworking, disciplined, and responsible
