We are looking for a production line leader to join our team at Sterling. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. Key Responsibilities
knowledge about all measurement scale in gram, mm, kg,inch etc
knowledge about Basic question of 5S, 4M, 3M, CAPA, KAICHEN, Red bin analysis, why-why analysis
Maintain records and positive attitude
maintain disciplinary , and handle team
Ensure safety and quality standards are followed
Collaborate with teams for production planning and achieve daily targets of production .
Job Requirements
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role
