We are looking for a PRODUCTION LINE LEADER to join our team at Sterling Enamelled Wires Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.
•Skills & Knowledge Required•
• Basic knowledge of Kaizen
• Understanding of Poka-Yoke
• Knowledge of 5S methodology
• Understanding of QRM (Quick Response Manufacturing)
• Knowledge of 3R principles
• Basic knowledge of Measurement Quantities & Measuring Instruments
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a production environment
Job Responsibilities:
• Support production and manufacturing activities
• Maintain quality and process standards
• Assist in continuous improvement activities
• Coordinate with production and quality teams
• Ensure workplace safety and discipline
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma (Mechanical), ITI, and 1 - 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
