Position: Production Engineer

No. of Positions: 2

Location: Ahmedabad (Vatva GIDC)

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 2 – 5 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and supervise daily production activities.

• Manage fabrication, machining, assembly, and testing of equipment.

• Ensure smooth execution of manufacturing processes as per drawings and schedules.

• Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Quality, and Stores departments.

• Monitor manpower utilization, machine efficiency, and material consumption.

• Maintain quality standards and production documentation.

• Implement productivity and process improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing processes.

• Ability to read engineering and fabrication drawings.

• Knowledge of welding, assembly, and heavy engineering equipment manufacturing.

• Production planning and shop-floor management skills.

• MS Excel and production reporting proficiency.

Preferred Industry Background

Process Equipment Manufacturing, Mixing & Blending Equipment Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma Mechanical Engineer with 2–5 years of production experience. Experience in

fabrication-based manufacturing industries preferred. Exposure to mixers, blenders, screening
