Handle CNC & VMC machine operations and production planning.
Read and interpret engineering drawings.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the given timeline.
Coordinate with the Quality and Maintenance departments.
Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.
Maintain production reports and documentation.
Follow safety and quality standards on the shop floor.
Manage manpower and improve production efficiency.
