Job Description

Role: AGM – Quality (QA/QC)
Company: Hild Projects
Location: Chennai (Head Office)
Notice Period: 15 Days
Experience: 18–20 Years
Gender Preference: Male

Key Requirements:

B.E./B.Tech (EEE/Civil) or M.E./M.Tech (EEE/Civil)
Strong experience in the solar/renewable energy industry
Certifications: ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001
Languages: Tamil, English & Hindi (Mandatory)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and implement QA/QC strategies across solar EPC projects
Develop and manage Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), ITPs, and method statements
Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and international standards
Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality checks at all project stages
Identify non-conformities (NCRs), perform root cause analysis, and ensure CAPA closure
Coordinate with project, engineering, and client teams for quality alignment
Monitor installation quality for modules, structures, cabling, and electrical systems
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and audit readiness
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes
Mentor and manage QA/QC teams across multiple project sites
