We are looking for a Assistant Production Manager to join our team at Parasrampuria Engineers Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.
Key Responsibilities:
st in production planning and daily scheduling
Ensure achievement of production targets
Monitor shop floor operations
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores
Maintain production efficiency and reduce downtime
Ensure proper manpower utilization
Control material wastage and production cost
Maintain production reports and MIS data
Ensure product quality as per standards
Implement 5S, safety, and SOP compliance
Support breakdown handling and troubleshooting
Drive productivity and process improvement
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
