Assistant Production Manager

We are looking forward for hiring a PRODUCTION ENGINEER, who can take on the responsibilities of overseeing plant production activities to achieve business objective.

Following is the Job Description for the same:

1. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Should be a B. Tech/Diploma in Electronics & Communications.

• Good computer skills like MS-EXCEL, MS-WORD,

• Languages- Hindi and English.

2. SKILLS:

• Should have good communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Should have strong leadership skills.

• Should have strong analytical skills.

• Confident and mature approach

• Should have good problem-solving skills.

• Planning and organizing skills.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement Daily operations with accountability for production targets, meeting products delivery dates with Key Performance Indicators.

• Manpower handling, able to form a good team of employees and Can give Training to employees.

• Must be able to control the entire work force on the production floor and its optimum utilizations to avoid man hours loss. Can lead a team of 150 employees.

• Maintain discipline among employees for smooth functioning of plant.

• Identify and Implement KAIZENS, POKA-YOKE, TQM and 5 S for continuous improvement.

• Must be able to train the subordinate staff and Operators work force for continuous improvement in efficiency and performance.

• Must be able to sustain Quality of the production as per the QMS.

• Must be able to continuous improvement in production achievement Vs Targets.

• Must be able to minimize the Gap between schedule Vs dispatch of the products.

4. EXPERIENCE

Should have work experience of 4 + years in in Mobile/Power Bank/LED/ Electronic products Manufacturing company .
