Responsible for overseeing day-to-day modular furniture production operations, ensuring smooth workflow, quality output, and timely completion of production targets. Coordinates between design, procurement, and assembly teams to maintain efficiency and uphold company quality standards.
Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor for modular furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and wall beds.
Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Coordinate with design, purchase, and project teams for smooth material flow and technical clarifications.
Ensure quality control at every stage — cutting, edge banding, drilling, and assembly.
Maintain proper documentation for production status, job cards, and work orders.
Allocate tasks to operators, carpenters, and technicians based on workload and skill.
Monitor machinery utilization and report maintenance or downtime issues.
Ensure adherence to safety norms, housekeeping, and production discipline.
Identify process improvements to reduce rework and increase productivity.
Train and guide shop-floor workers for continuous skill development.
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Civil / Interior Production / Furniture Manufacturing.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in modular interior or furniture production.
Strong understanding of modular production processes and materials (plywood, MDF, laminates, acrylics, etc.).
Hands-on knowledge of panel saw, edge banding, CNC, and other modular production machines.
Leadership skills to manage team performance and maintain production efficiency.
Basic computer skills for reporting and coordination.
Proactive problem-solver with strong coordination and communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
