Job Description

Degree or Diploma in mechanical engineering

Minimum 5 years of experience in machining/tooling and manpower management

Knowledge of CNC/VMC/HMC machines operation to achieve maximum machine utilization.

Manage daily production schedules to ensure timely dispatch of material.

Provide training to supervisors and operators

Reduce cycle time to increase production

Basic Knowledge of IATF/EMS/OHSAS

Daily review meeting regarding OEE

Participation in rejection review meeting on daily basis and identify top defect and find out the root cause to avoid repetition of defect

Knowledge of POKA-YOKE and mistake proofing.
