Key Responsibilities:
Planning and Scheduling:

· Estimating production costs and managing budgets.
· Assessing project and resource requirements.
Supervision and Management:
· Supervising and motivating production staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
· Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards.
· Coordinating with other departments (e.g., purchasing, sales, engineering) to ensure smooth workflow.
Quality Control:
· Implementing and overseeing quality to ensure products meet standards.
· Identifying and addressing any issues that may affect product quality.
Resource Management:
· Managing inventory of raw materials and supplies.
· Ensuring efficient utilization of equipment and machinery.
· Organizing the repair and maintenance of production equipment.
Process Improvement:
· Identifying areas for improvement in the production process and implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
