Assistant Production Manager

We are looking for a Assistant Production Manager to join our team at Ayulabs Private Limited. The role involves production planning, scheduling and previous pharma manufacturing background with B.Pharm, M.Pharma, BSC or MSC chemistry or similar degree. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹28000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and monitor pharma manufacturing equipment like liquid line, oil line, tablet section, cosmetics room etc.

• Monitor and guide assembly, packing and inspection of products as per company guidelines

• Maintain records and manage tool room inventory

• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime

• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

• Collaborate with consulatants to develop new products.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6+ years of experience in pharma products manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
