Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor
Ensure production targets are met as per the schedule
Monitor workflow, manpower, and machine utilization
Maintain product quality and ensure compliance with company standards
Implement and follow safety rules and regulations
Identify and resolve production issues promptly
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams
Maintain production reports, shift logs, and documentation
Train and guide production workers and operators
Reduce wastage and improve productivity
