Assistant Production Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembling Executive/Production executive to support our production team in assembling high-quality medical devices. The role requires handling of components, understanding assembly processes, and ensuring the product complies with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic and semi-technical assembly of medical devices as per instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Read and follow assembly drawings, work orders, and written instructions.

• Handle delicate components with care, using proper tools and protective equipment.

• Conduct visual inspection of parts and report any defects or deviations.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the assembly area to comply with medical standards.

• Assist in testing and packaging of finished devices when required.

• Record daily production reports and work completion status.

• Coordinate with Quality Control for batch clearance and inspection.

• Follow EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) guidelines and company policies.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of mechanical/electronic components.

• Diploma / ITI in Biomedical is preferred.

• 0-1 year of experience is required in medical devices.

• Ability to read and understand technical instructions and manuals.

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to standard industry practices.

• Team player with good communication and time management skills.

• Willingness to work in a cleanroom or controlled environment if needed.
