We are looking for a Assistant manager S&T ( Railway)

Education :- Electrical Engineer (S&T)

Experience:- 7-10 year

Salary:- 60k-70k par month

Location:- Nagpur

KRA for Assistant Manager

• To coordinate with all the project managers at various sites and get supply and execution schedules from them.

• To monitor the progress of work and implementation of schedule strictly to maintain timelines.

• To keep in check the timelines provided by individual PMs.

• To resolve the issues arising at a site which are beyond control of PM.

• To strongly get the billings done at sites and maintain good Cash flow.

• To identify the key pain point areas for all projects and work on remedies well in advance.

• Maintain a good flow of material and manpower to sustain smooth functioning.

• To try to retain the employees as much as possible converting them into long term assets.

• To sustain harmony with subordinates and senior management personnel.

• To report on weekly basis, the progress at all sites, there shortfalls in target or extra achievements, major and minor issues with situation of fund flow.

• To collect stores, tools and tackles data and keep record of same.

• Coordination with safety team to assure safety compliance wherever required in line with PM.

• Coordination with hr for requirement of manpower and making sure the submission of compliances as and when required.

• Coordination with HQ level clients and provide them regular inputs regarding progress and satisfy them by providing all relevant information.

• Ensure Organize and healthy work culture within the organization.
