Assistant Manager

Purpose: Independently handle installation, commissioning & field support, while leading internal service coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

● Commission automation-based machines across India/exports ● Monitors PLC Programming and Service team to adhere to the commitment ● Emailing Customer, customer coordination, and interdepartmental coordination ● Prepare CAPA and FMEA from the sites ● Handle complaints & post-installation support ● Maintain field records, logs & service reports ● PLC Programming and HMI Design plus Troubleshooting ● Working with Industry 4.0, IO Links, Sensors

Requirements:

● Education: B.Tech or Equivalent (Electronics/ Instrumentation/Electrical) ● Experience: 4–6 yrs in commissioning/service ● Skills: PLC programming, Process Flow Diagrams, Customer communication ● Willing to travel worldwide ● Valid Passport to travel worldwide
