The role responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the automobile parts store, ensuring efficient sales, inventory management, staff supervision, and excellent customer service. The role focuses on maximizing profitability, maintaining stock availability, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities: Store Operation Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of the automobile parts store
. Ensure the store operates
efficiently and meets sales targets. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper display of products.
Sales and Customer Service
Develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Assist customers with
electing appropriate automobile parts. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of fast-moving parts
Coordinate ordering
of automobile parts from suppliers. Conduct regular inventory checks and prevent stock shortages or losses.
Staff Supervison
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff. Assign duties and monitor
staff performance
Ensure employees follow company policies and safety procedures.
Financial Management
Monitor store revenue, expenses, and profitability. Prepare sales reports and performance analysis. Control operational costs and manage budgets.
Supplier and Vendor Coordination
Maintain good relationships with suppliers and distributors. Negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of parts.
Compliance and Safety
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. Maintain a safe working

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate in Mechanical Engineering and 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Experience in automobile parts sales or automotive industry.
