Deputy Manager - TSHD Operation Analyst Responsibilities Operational Planning and Execution: Oversee production planning and execution, ensuring efficient monitoring and control of production data, optimizing time management and quality. Project Management: Liaise with clients and port representatives to provide updates on dredging progress, addressing customer issues for enhanced satisfaction. Dredger Equipment Maintenance: Maintain technical specifications, geotechnical data, and ensure dredger upkeep for optimal output. Survey Planning and Coordination: Plan and review bathymetric survey operations, analysing productivity to inform dredging strategies. MIS Preparation and Data Collection: Evaluate production and consumption data, prepare monthly reports, and manage SAP tasks for efficient operations. Resource Management: Manage bunkers and fresh water supplies, optimize resource use, and coordinate crew operations for smooth execution. Health & Safety: Adhere to safety norms, conduct risk assessments, and prepare for emergencies with regular drills and compliance tracking. Team Development: Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success.
