Assistant Manager - Design Engineering

Assistant Manager-Design Engineer Responsibilities Document Control and Management: Maintain an organized system for the storage and retrieval of project documentation, including design plans, regulatory compliance documents, contracts, and reports. SAP System Management: Oversee the SAP system for tracking project inventory, procurement, and resource management. Ensure all project data is correctly entered and maintained in SAP. Compliance with Documentation Standards: Ensure that all documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements. Review and update documentation processes to enhance efficiency. Reporting and Data Analysis: Generate reports from SAP and other documentation systems to track project progress, resource usage, and financial data. Analyze data and prepare summaries for senior management. Collaboration with Project Teams: Work closely with project teams to ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Provide support for data entry and document retrieval as needed. Key Stakeholders - Internal: Project Management Teams Design and Structural Engineering Teams Operations and Maintenance Departments Procurement and Finance Departments Key Stakeholders - External: Contractors and Subcontractors Regulatory Authorities and Compliance Agencies Design Consultants and Geotechnical Experts Community Stakeholders Qualifications Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Work Experience: 3-4 years in documentation management and SAP system usage.
