As a Layout Designer (2+ years of experience in layout) You must have the ability to understand design constraints and implement high-quality layouts. You must have experience of using Cadence VXL. You must have strong debug and problem-solving skills for LVS, DRC & Layout issues. You must have hands-on experience in creating layouts of blocks such as Temperature sensor, PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO, Bandgap, Ref Generators, Charge Pump, Current Mirrors, Comparator, Differential Amplifier etc. You must have good understanding of Analog Layout fundamentals such as Matching, Electro-migration, Latch-up, coupling, crosstalk, IR-drop, active and passive parasitic devices etc. You must have good understanding of layout effects on the circuit such as Speed, Capacitance, Power, and Area etc. You must demonstrate a high level of technical competence. You must be willing to learn and understand design rules and deliver quality layout. You must have strong skills in layout and floor planning skills and manual routing You must execute secondary layout tasks such as ECO, LCO and DFM. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be capable of working in a cross-functional, multi-site team environment. You must have a good understanding of automation and leveraging AI tool proficiency to enable your work. About Micron Technology, Inc.
