ADMINISTRATIVE CUM ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

Position: Administrative cum Account Assistant
Location: Karelibaug, Vadodara
Industry: Manufacturing
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year
Software Knowledge: Tally ERP (mandatory)

Job Responsibilities

Administrative Work   

• Maintain and organize office records and documents
  
  

• Handle daily office administration tasks
  
  

• Manage email, phone, and other correspondence
  
  

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and departments
  
  

• Assist HR and operations in documentation and filing
  
  

• Monitor office supplies and maintain inventory
  
  

• Prepare regular reports for management
  
  

Accounts Work  

• Record day-to-day transactions in Tally ERP
  
  

• Maintain records of sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
  
  

• Assist with bank reconciliations
  
  

• Support in GST entry preparation (basic level)
  
  

• Help maintain proper books of accounts
  
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
  
  

• Proficient in Tally software
  
  

• Good communication and organizational skills
  
  

• Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word)
  
  

• Honest, dedicated, and responsible
  
  

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome
