Accountant

We are looking for a Accountant to join our team HEEW HR. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of 15000 to 20000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing daily accounts in Tally including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
2. Handling GST/TDS compliance such as return filing, calculations, and statutory documentation.
3. Monitoring petty cash transactions and maintaining accurate cash books.
4. Managing RM/PM/WIP/FG inventory with BOM cost tracking and monthly stock reconciliation.
5. Processing purchase and sales invoices along with challan preparation.
6. Following up on receivables and ensuring timely customer payments.
7. Verifying vendor bills and GRN to ensure accuracy before posting/approval.
8. Preparing financial reports including P&L, cash flow statements, cost reports, and maintaining audit/GMP documents.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 to 2 Years in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
