• Identified and tracked government tenders across platforms including CPPP, GeM, IREPS, NTPC, NPCIL, SAP Ariba, and other portals.

• Analysed RFP/RFQ/EOI/NIT/BOQ documents to evaluate technical, financial, and commercial feasibility

• Managed complete tender lifecycle including bid preparation, documentation, submission, and post-bid clarifications.

• Prepared tender-specific checklists and bid documents ensuring full compliance with eligibility and requirements.

• Prepared/validated commercial pricing and BOQ costing in coordination with finance/management.

• Coordinated with cross-functional teams and Indian/foreign OEMs for JV/Consortium bids and technical inputs.

• Conducted meetings/VCs with OEMs for bid support and technical query resolution.

• Handled submission of Tender Fees, EMD, and PBG as per tender conditions.

• Managed complete GeM operations including bidding (Custom/BOQ/Category), Reverse Auction, catalogue management, and invoicing.

• Handled OEM assessments, brand approvals, vendor registration on GeM.

• Managed vendor registration for products and services across major organizations including BPCL, HPCL, EIL, and Tata Steel, ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements

• Maintained organized repository of tender documents and compliance records for audits.

• Monitored competitor pricing trends and past bids to improve proposal effectiveness.

• Tracked bid outcomes and maintained win/loss analysis to improve future bidding strategy.

• Participated in pre-bid meetings and handled client/procurement authority communications.

• Ensured compliance with GFR, government norms, and internal SOPs

• Managed post-bid/pre-award activities including LOA/LOI verification and contract compliance.

• Managed import and dispatch coordination, ensuring timely procurement, shipment tracking, and delivery of materials in line with tender and project timelines.
