We are seeking a Female Telecaller to handle inbound international calls for our legal services operations. The role involves interacting with prospective and existing international clients, understanding their initial legal or immigration-related requirements, and coordinating effectively with internal legal teams.
This position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle client interactions with clarity and empathy.
Key Role & Job Responsibilities
Initial Client Intake
Answer incoming international calls from prospective clients
Information Dissemination
Provide accurate, general information about the firm’s services
Explain basic legal or immigration processes and consultation procedures (non-advisory)
Query Resolution
Address client questions related to documentation requirements or case status
Resolve simple queries promptly and escalate complex matters appropriately
Scheduling & Follow-ups
Schedule consultations or appointments with attorneys and paralegals
Conduct follow-up calls or emails as required
Database & Record Management
Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, and interactions
Update client information in the case management or CRM system
Lead Qualification & Support
Qualify inbound leads by understanding client requirements
Explain service options clearly to support business development efforts
Client Relationship Management
Maintain a professional, empathetic, and client-focused approach
Communicate effectively with clients from different countries, cultures, and time zones
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Fluent English communication with a neutral or international accent
Strong verbal, listening, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle international clients with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
Basic computer skills and comfort with CRM or case management systems
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or international calling is preferred
