We have competencies in Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Global Law, Indirect Tax, International Tax and Transaction Services. Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence Job description: 1 Analyse financial and non-financial impact of central and state labour laws / labour codes for clients 2 Research on case laws and circulars to find solutions to practical challenges faced by clients under central and state labour laws / labour codes 3 Prepare reports for clients to cover recommendations on various aspects covered under central and state labour laws 4 Prepare / update employee handbooks, policies and process documents for clients 5 Audit compliance status for clients from HR and payroll perspective 6 Review third party contractor compliance 7 Make presentations to clients and participate in brainstorming sessions with clients Skills and attributes To qualify for the role you must have Qualification BA LLB / Chartered Accountant / Company Secretary Experience Skill required: 1 Technical knowledge and practical experience on central and state labour laws 2 Good research skills – ability to frame point of view on various aspects of labour laws basis analysis of judicial precedents 3 Good communication skills – ability to prepare and deliver presentations / reports to clients 4 Consulting mindset – ability to understand client’s challenges and find business solutions What we look for People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
