" Job Description & Summary: The SAP SD Associate supports the design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Sales and Distribution solutions. This role requires a foundational understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle, contributing to various projects under the guidance of senior team members. Responsibilities: Support Team Operations: Assist in the management and execution of tasks within the SAP SD team, collaborating closely with functional consultants and analysts. Project Involvement: Contribute to the project lifecycle for SAP SD implementations, rollouts, and enhancements, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Functional Support: Provide assistance in core SAP SD areas, such as Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and Credit Management. Process Documentation: Participate in documenting business processes, requirements, and functional specifications to support project deliverables. Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist in testing cycles (Unit, Integration, UAT) and contribute to quality assurance efforts to ensure compliance with SAP best practices. Stakeholder Communication: Support communication with business stakeholders by assisting in translating business needs into actionable specifications. Learning and Development: Stay updated with SAP SD functionalities and advancements, including S/4HANA Sales and Fiori applications, to enhance personal skills and contribute to team goals. Mandatory skill sets: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD implementation and support, with involvement in various project lifecycle activities. Core Functional Skills: Knowledge of SAP SD sub-modules and basic familiarity with the O2C process, including: Customer and Material Master Data Management Sales Order, Delivery, and Billing processes Pricing Procedures and Credit Management Availability Check (ATP) and Shipping activities Technical Skills: Basic understanding of cross-module integration with MM and FI, and familiarity with writing functional specifications for RICEFW objects. Modern SAP Awareness: Exposure to S/4HANA functionalities and knowledge about emerging technologies like SAP Fiori applications. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
