Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Search on the official website of IGR, paid as well as unpaid along with Challan.

• Carry out physical search of any immovable property.

• Acquainted with process for online and physical Certified Copies of registered documents.

• Knowledge about payment of Stamp Duty, Registration Fees, DHC and other government charges will be added advantage.

• Basics knowledge of various kinds of properties in Mumbai (MHADA, CIDCO, SRA, MIDC, Pagdi, etc.) will be added advantage.

• Should be able to read, write and understand English, Hindi & Marathi.

• It is a Full Time Legal job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
