Job Title: Paralegal (Legal Assistant)
Job Responsibilities:
1)Conduct legal research and maintain case files.
2)Coordinate with clients for documentation and follow-ups.
3)Manage filing, documentation, and case records.
4)Assist advocates in case preparation and hearings.
5)Visit government offices, courts, trademark registry, and other authorities as and when required.
6)Handle document filing, submissions, and collection of certified copies.
7)Track deadlines and maintain calendars for hearings and compliances.
8)Coordinate with external agencies, clerks, and consultants.
9)Perform other legal and administrative tasks assigned by the firm.
