Data Integrity: Ensure that research findings are accurately translated into resolution strategies without data loss.
Status Tracking: Maintain a real-time dashboard of all active GreatMinds LawsuitVentures cases, ensuring no deadlines are missed between departments.
3. BGM & Administrative Excellence
BGM Admin: Manage the administrative lifecycle of the Business Group, including scheduling, document filing (physical and digital), and record keeping.
Compliance Tracking: Verify that all legal documents meet the company’s internal compliance standards before they are dispatched.
Resource Management: Organize the firm's digital law library and research databases for easy access by the wider team.
4. Confidentiality & Process Improvement
Handle sensitive lawsuit data with 100% discretion.
Suggest ways to automate or streamline the hand-off process between the Research and Resolution teams.
