Job description for Office Assistant
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing courier and documents.
Assist in filing, photocopying, scanning, and record management.
Support senior executives with clerical or personal tasks as assigned.
Run errands such as banking, delivering documents, or purchasing office items.
Monitor inventory of office supplies and report shortages.
Maintain confidentiality of all office and client information.
Assist in small errands related to office work.
Must have the Driving license & able to drive the 2-wheeler.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email Handling).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional behaviour and respect for confidentiality.

Salary: 15000-20,000 per month
