Job Title: Australian Mortgage Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Must have knowledge of Australian Mortgage process.

• Manage and process Australian residential mortgage applications from initial submission through to settlement.

• Review loan applications and supporting documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.

• Perform initial assessment of borrower information, including income, employment, assets, liabilities, expenses, and supporting documents.

• Prepare and submit loan applications to Australian lenders and mortgage aggregators.

• Liaise with Australian mortgage brokers, lenders, banks, valuers, solicitors, and settlement agents.

• Follow up with lenders regarding application status, outstanding documents, approvals, and settlement requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of loan applications and update relevant CRM or loan-processing systems.

• Review lender correspondence and communicate requirements or conditions to brokers and clients.

• Assist with obtaining and checking documents such as payslips, bank statements, identification, tax returns, rental statements, and financial statements.

• Monitor application milestones and ensure that all conditions are satisfied before settlement.

• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure loans proceed smoothly to settlement.

• Identify missing or inconsistent information and escalate issues to the appropriate broker or senior team member.

• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Australian lending procedures, company policies, and lender requirements.

• Maintain confidentiality and securely handle sensitive customer and financial information.

• Meet daily/weekly processing targets and agreed service-level timelines.

• Provide regular updates to brokers and internal stakeholders regarding application progress.
