LEGAL OFFICER

TO MANAGE ALL LEGAL ASPECTS OF THE COMPANY & CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, FOCUSING ON DRAFTING & NEGOTIATING CONTRACTS, ENSURING RERA REGULATORY COMPLIANCE, DISPUTE RESOLUTION & LIAISING WITH GOVERNMENT BODIES FOR PERMITS & APPROVAL.

SKILL: PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE.

STRONG DRAFTING & NEGOTIATION SKILLS.

KNOWLEDGE OF INDIAN PROPERTY LAWS.

EXCELLENT ANALYTICAL COMMUNICATION &PROBLEM

SOLVING ABILITIES. ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY WITH

OTHER DEPARTMENTS.

EXPERIENCE: 5 TO 6 YEARS

SALARY P.A. – 4.20 TO 4.80 LACS
