KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Draft, review, and negotiate franchise, commercial, and business agreements.
✅ Manage retail leases, licenses, and property-related compliance.
✅ Handle labour laws, employment matters, and statutory compliance.
✅ Manage litigation, arbitration, and legal disputes.
✅ Advise on regulatory compliance and maintain legal documentation and SOPs.
✅ Identify legal risks and provide strategic legal advice to senior management.
✅ Coordinate with external lawyers, consultants, landlords, and government authorities.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
✔️ 3–5 years of relevant legal experience.
✔️ LLB / LLM degree from a recognized university.
✔️ Strong contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
✔️ Good knowledge of commercial, property, labour, and employment laws.
✔️ Litigation and dispute management experience preferred.
✔️ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
