Legal Manager

Preferred Candidates belonging to M.P / U.P / Rajasthan etc, and experienced practicing in Mumbai High Court.

Age : 35 yrs - 45 Yrs

Office time : 11am-7pm / Mon-Sat

Job Profile :

• Mandatorily required to travel North India namely M.P / U.P etc as and when asked.

• Should have minimum 5 yrs experience.

• Should have valid SANAD,

• Provide legal advice on a range of corporate matters and civil matters such as contracts, negotiations, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and NCLT, DRT, Civil and Criminal cases, Arbitration etc.

• Should have good contacts in the Courts across.

• Should be adept at arguing and handling matters, independently at High Court, MSME Court, District Court etc

• Structure, Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents related to a variety of business transactions

• Work closely with management to provide legal advice and risk analysis on business strategies and initiatives.

• Perform due diligence in legal matters concerning contracts, mergers, and acquisitions.

• Advise on compliance matters and ensure the corporation operates within the law

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various corporate legal issues.

• Stay updated on changes in corporate law and new regulatory initiatives and ensure the corporation is in compliance.

• Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations and policies.

• Conducting and managing company legal documentation and correspondence.

• Assessing legal implications that involve the company and advising on possible risks.

• Advising on corporate governance and legal issues related to company activities.

REQUIRED SKILL SET:

• Proven 5 yrs comparable law firm experience,

• Proven background on corporate law (intellectual property rights, contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, licensing, zoning laws),

• Excellent negotiation and communications skills,

• Administrative and managerial skills,

• Analytical ability and strong attention to detail,

• Degree in Law, Current license to practice law,

• Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies,

• Computer skills.
