Job Profile ;

·       Scrutiny and approval for title search reports,  advice to all businesses on the acceptance of title search reports / property for the creation of a mortgage/ security. 

·       Compliance with stamping, ensuring the quality of reports/valuations by doing a random check. Highlight Risk while the acceptance of collateral security and the creation of mortgage over the property.

·       Co-ordinate and interact with the external Lawyers for investigation of the title of the property and discuss the issues of the title and remedies before creation of security.

·       Drafting and vetting of equitable mortgage, simple mortgage, declaration and undertakings relating to the mortgage for security creation etc.

·       Customizing the legal documentation, institutionalisation and making branches aware and follow the same. 

·       Updating/modification of legal policy & advising on applicable Stamp Duties, enforcement of securities interest, Handling compliance issues, drafting, structuring lending deeds with builders. 

·       Drafting of retail loan agreements and replies for Legal Notices. Maintaining MIS/keep records of all the cases including agreements, legal compliance, checklist etc.

• It is a Full Time Legal job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
