Location: 1105-1106, Regent Chambers, Jamnalal Bajaj Road, Nariman Point, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400021.
Working Hours: 10:15 AM - 8:00 PM, 6 days a week // Saturday: Half day (Sunday off)
Job Role: 70% non-litigation / 30% litigation
We are looking for a Legal Associate with 3-5 years of experience in litigation, particularly with High Court/ NCLT/NCALT matters. The role involves attending court hearings, representing clients, and managing legal documentation related to company law and insolvency.
Key Responsibilities:
Court Representation: Attend and represent clients in High Court/ NCLT/NCALT/ DRT hearings, presenting legal arguments and case facts.
Documentation: Take notes, maintain case records, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Legal Drafting: Prepare pleadings, petitions, and other legal documents.
Client Updates: Provide regular updates to clients and senior leadership on case progress.
Deadline Management: Track and ensure compliance with all hearing dates, filings, and deadlines.
Desired Experience:
Experience: 3-5 years
Skills: Strong knowledge of IBC & Corporate law, excellent communication skills, and experience arguing cases in court
