• 🗂️ Handling online trademark applications and documentation

• 📑 Drafting, filing, and managing TM-A, TM-M, TM-R, objections & oppositions

• 📞 Coordinating with clients for required information or documents

• 📬 Managing e-filing system on IP India portal

• 📊 Maintaining accurate records of application status and client files

• 🤝 Supporting legal team with case tracking and deadline management

🎓 Requirements:

• ✅ Experience in trademark filing and procedures is a must

• ✅ Familiar with the IP India portal and online filing system

• ✅ Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

• ✅ Female candidates only

• ✅ Comfortable with computer operations and data handling
