Job Responsibilities
Draft, review, and maintain legal documents, agreements, contracts, notices, and official correspondence.
Handle property and real-estate-related legal documentation.
Verify property papers, title documents, deeds, agreements, and other legal records.
Coordinate with advocates, legal consultants, government departments, and concerned authorities.
Maintain proper records of legal cases, agreements, compliance documents, and legal correspondence.
Follow up on ongoing legal matters and documentation.
Assist management with legal and regulatory compliance.
Prepare legal notices, replies, letters, and other required documents.
Ensure proper filing and timely completion of legal documentation.
Candidate Requirements
LL.B. / Law Graduate preferred.
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of property law, contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Experience in real estate or corporate legal work will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate
Female candidate with at least 1 year of legal experience, preferably in real estate, property documentation, or corporate legal work.
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
