We are looking for a Law interns to join our firm to manage legal documentation, contract reviews and compliance matters due deiligence of Banks /NBFC . This position offers an in-hand stipend along with professional growth .

Key Exposure:

1.Legal Due diligence of Portfolio of Banks and NBFC,

3.Legal Due diligence of RBI compliance

Scrutiny of Title Flow and Legal Opinion Report for property/ies.
Title Search Report 13 years to 30 years
Balance Transfer Process of Banks/NBFC
Notice of Intimation to Registrar.

6. Vetting of Original Title document
7. Drafting of Agreements and Contracts
